- When on call I was the customerâs sole point of contact via email while the backup person answered the phone.
- I was one of the teamâs two hardware specialists meaning I was partly responsible for hardware installation, maintenance, and repair. I also made network cables when needed and tested suspected cables for damage.
- Real-time monitoring systems generated tickets and alerts proactively so that the team could resolve the issue before it impacted the client regardless of the time of day. Tickets where updated with the solution process for future reference.
- Utilized DeepMetrix ipMonitor and LiveStats 7, Freshwater SiteScope, and Remote Desktop on a daily basis along with the full assortment of Microsoft hosting technologies (DNS, Active Directory, IIS 6.0, SQL 2000/2005, Event Log Viewer).

- Migrated 7 unorganized, static IP LANs with multiple Internet connectivity points to a domain-controlled, DHCP enabled WAN with a single Internet connection, firewall, anti-virus server, web server, and email server.

IT: Modernized current IT infrastructure to support VPN access (including SSL), OpenDNS content filtering, DMZ'ed public WiFi for customers, bridged & secured WiFi for employees, and NAT'ed access to internal servers and services for various vendors. Added Google Analytics to our various websites to verify vendor product effectiveness. Migrated to a new website provider.
Sales: Increased traffic to our company's website from near zero to the top 3% of Cobalt sites in the nation (~6,500 sites). Designed and deployed a new in-house photography and video process that has earned the dealership awards within it's dealer group for best product presentation. Developed new online sales processes that have contributed more than 10% to the monthly sold unit count, helping break sales records that have stood for 8 years.
Cost Management: Constantly analyzing vendor contracts and fixed/variable costs to eliminate waste and duplication. Service range from food/beverage to advertising. Savings thus far equal roughly $7,000/month.
